Where is PositiveNrGems located?

• PositiveNrGems is located in Carson, CA. 

Are your products made from pure copper?

• Yes! All hand-wrapped products are made from pure copper. Manufactured chains are copper/rose gold plated brass (stated in the product description). 

When do you ship?

• All orders ship out once a week. Orders from the precious week will ship out Monday & Tues. Processing can take up to 10-14 due to order the type of pieces ordered and order volume. Thank you for your patience!

Is this a black owned business?

• Yes, a one-woman black owned business. 

Is my jewelry unisex?

• You should wear whatever your called to, my pieces are not assigned gender. 

Are your crystals considered healing crystals? 

• Yes, feel free to look at the "Crystal Enlightenment" section in the drop down menu on the home page for more information. 

Can I return/exchange my pieces? 

• Please refer to the "policies" in the drop down menu on the home page.
